Preparation and Usage: Microwave oven : Place the desired amount of meatballs in a suitable dish and reheat for the time indicated: Oven power level: 750 W 900 W For 150 g (about 9 meatballs): 2 mins 30 2 mins For 300 g: 5 mins 4 mins. Frying pan: Place the meatballs in a frying pan, covered, without adding fat. Heat for 11 minutes over medium heat, stirring regularly. Oven: Preheat oven to 180°C (thermostat setting 6). Place the meatballs in a suitable dish and reheat on the middle shelf for the indicated amount of time: Fan oven: 14 mins Conventional oven: 16 mins.
