Storage: 24 hours in a refrigerator, in a suitable plate; 3 days in the refrigerator ice compartment; in the freezer at -18°C until the date indicated on the packet. Never refreeze a product once it has been defrosted.
Preparation and Usage: COOKING WITHOUT DEFROSTING : Cooking pot : Pour the desired amount of spinach into a hot cooking pot. Reheat on medium heat for the indicated amount of time, stirring regularly. For 300g: 10 min. For 600g: 12 min. Microwave oven : Place the desired amount of spinach in a suitable dish. Cover and reheat for the indicated amount of time, stirring half way through. For 300g: 750W - 7 min / 900W - 6 min. For 600g: 750W - 12 min / 900W - 10 min.
