Preparation and Usage
COOKING WITHOUT DEFROSTING
Steamer: In a steamer basket placed over simmering water, cover and leave to cook for 11 min.
Casserole dish: Once the water is boiling, cook for 9 min.
Pressure cooker: Cook for 4 min once the cooker reaches pressure.
