Storage: Keep frozen below -18°C until the date indicated on packaging. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
Preparation and Usage: Frying pan: Pour in the desired amount of sauté without adding fat. Cook for 5 minutes on high heat then 10 minutes on low heat, stirring regularly.
