Storage: 24 hours in a refrigerator, in a suitable dish; 3 days in the refrigerator ice compartment; in the freezer at -18°C until the date indicated on the packet. Never refreeze a product once it has been defrosted.
Preparation and Usage: COOKING WITHOUT DEFROSTING HOT PREPARATION Microwave oven: Place the peppers in a suitable dish. Reheat for the indicated amount of time. Microwave power level: 750W - For 300 g > 8 min - For 600 g > 14 min. 900W - For 300 g 6 min For 600 g 12 min. Frying pan: Cook on medium heat in a hot frying pan with a bit of fat. COLD PREPARATION Microwave oven (900W): Leave to defrost in a suitable plate for the indicated amount of time. For 300 g > 3 min - For 600 g > 5 min. Leave to rest 5 min in the fridge before serving.
