Preparation and Usage: Microwave: Cook with a little water, covered, for the time indicated, stirring halfway through. Power output of microwave oven: For 200 g: 1 tablespoon of water 8 min 750 W, 7 min 900 W. For 600 g: 2 tablespoons of water 15 min750 W, 13 min 900 W. Pan: Cook with water over medium heat, covered, stirring regularly. For 200 g : 12 min 1/4 glass of water. For 600 g : 16 min 1/2 glass of water.
