



Ideal for quick meals, the Picard Quinoa & Vegetable Mix can be heated in the microwave or pan. This frozen grain mix combines quinoa, bulgur wheat, and vegetables with olive oil and herbs, made in France for convenience.
Quinoa is known for its high protein content. In this dish it is combined with bulghur wheat and malted rye flakes, together with grilled diced courgette and red and yellow pepper. All cooked with olive oil, basil and thyme. This mix is excellent served hot with grilled meat, or cold, as a salad.
Country of origin: Made in France with bulgur of French origin and white quinoa of Peruvian origin.

Storage: 24 hours in the fridge in a suitable dish, 3 days in the refrigerator ice compartment, keep frozen below -18°C until the date indicated on the packaging. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
Preparation and Usage: Hot preparation in the microwave (900W): 3min30 (300g), 6min (600g), in a suitable dish. In a pan: 4min (300g), 7min (600g). Cold preparation in the refrigerator: 5h in a suitable dish, remove for 15min before serving. In the microwave (150W): 6min30 (300g), 12min (600g), in a suitable dish. Leave to rest for 10min.
