Storage: 24 hours in the fridge, 3 days in the refrigerator ice compartment, keep frozen below -18°C until the date indicated on the packaging. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
Preparation and Usage: Remove a roll of shortcrust pastry from its packaging and place it in its plastic film in the fridge for 4 hours 30 mins. Leave to rest for a few minutes at room temperature (20°C) before cooking. After defrosting, remove the plastic film and unroll the pastry. Place it in your mould with its sheet of baking paper (maximum diameter 28 cm). Press down on the base and sides. Prick the base with a fork. Fill and cook according to your recipe. To blind bake: cover the bottom with pulses, preheat oven to 210°C (thermostat setting 7) and cook for the indicated time: - Conventional oven: 18 minutes - Fan oven: 10 minutes
