Oven: Preheated to 180°: Oven temperature must not exceed 200°C. Take the tub out of its packaging and remove the plastic film. Add 2 tablespoons of water and cover with a sheet of damp baking paper cut to the size of the tub. Place on the middle shelf in the oven for the indicated amount of time: Fan oven: 40 mins Conventional oven: 45 mins.
