Storage: 24 hours in the fridge in a suitable dish, 3 days in the refrigerator ice compartment, keep frozen below -18°C until the date indicated on the packaging. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
Preparation and Usage: Oven: Heat the oven to 180°C. Spread the chips on a tray in a single layer. Place on the middle shelf in the oven and let cook for the indicated time. Turn half way through cooking: Conventional oven: 25 min - Fan oven: 20 min. Deep fryer: Submerge the required quantity of fries in hot oil (maximum 175°C) without overfilling the frying pan. Let them cook for 3 minutes 30 until light gold in colour. Place the chips on absorbent kitchen roll to remove any excess fat.
