Ingredients: 100% Duck.
Preparation: Cook in the oven 45-50 minutes. Allow to rest, then serve. Preheat oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6. Remove all packaging before cooking. Place duck legs in roasting tin, skin side up. Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking.
