Cooking Guidelines: Shallow Fry - From Frozen : Medium 14 Mins. Heat 10ml of oil in a frying pan. Once oil is hot add the meat-free mince. Cook, stirring frequently. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Cooking Instructions - General : Cooking instructions given are for the whole pack. Remove all packaging. Check product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat. We have given you these cooking instructions as a guide only. Hob - From Frozen : Low 15 Mins. Add 500g of your choice of sauce to a non-stick saucepan and heat on a low heat for 5 minutes, stirring throughout. Then add a whole pack of frozen mince to the sauce, along with 100ml of water. Cook for a further 10 minutes on a low heat, stirring occasionally.
