Freeze on day of purchase and eat within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in fridge and eat within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
Preparation and Usage: Pan-fry and tuck it into a bun with peppery rocket and crisp red onion, or pair it with a colourful quinoa salad bowl and a dollop of your favourite dip. Easy to cook and even easier to love.
Cooking guidelines: Air Fry - From Chilled. Based on 1700W 5.5Ltr air fryer. Preheat air fryer to 180°C. Place in a single layer. Cook for 10 minutes or until piping hot and serve.; Cooking Instructions - General. Remove all packaging. Don't reheat once cooked. These are guidelines only, all appliances vary.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Heat a little oil in a frying pan on medium heat. Place burgers in pan. Cook for 10 minutes, turning occasionally until piping hot. Remove with a spatula.
