Preparation and Usage: Serve on a bed of herby couscous, with a dollop of coconut yogurt and a sprinkling of fresh chilli for extra heat. Simple, satisfying, and full of flavour.
Cooking guidelines: Cooking Instructions - General. Don't reheat once cooled.; Microwave - From Frozen. For a quicker win: (800W full power). Remove sleeve and pierce film. Place on a microwaveable plate and cook for 4 minutes. Stir, replace film and cook for 2 further minutes. Allow to stand for one minute before serving piping hot.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Heat your oven to 200°C (fan 180°C). Remove sleeve and pierce film. Place on a preheated baking tray in the centre of the oven for 35 minutes. Allow to stand for one minute before serving piping hot.
