Preparation and Usage: Chicken nuggets with nuts breadcrumbs, zucchini chips and Ponti High Density Aceto Balsamico di Modena P.G.I. Ingredients (serves 4): 550 gr chicken mince, 50 gr 00 flour, 2 eggs, 150 gr breadcrumbs, 60 gr pine nuts, pistachios, hazelnuts, 500 gr peanut oil, 400 gr zucchini, 160 gr corn starch, Ponti High Density Aceto Balsamico di Modena P.G.I., Salt q.s. Method: Shape the minced chicken into 1 1/2-inch sized meatballs. Dip the chicken pieces in the flour first, then in the beaten eggs and then in a mixture of breadcrumbs and minced dried fruits. Clean and slice the zucchini into strips then dip them in the corn starch. Heat the peanut oil in a large frying pan, fry the nuggets and zucchini strips until golden-brown and crisp. Drain them on paper towel, arrange on a plate and serve with a drizzle of Ponti High Density Aceto Balsamico di Modena P.G.I..
