In the 1800's there were many colloquial names for gin that were used in different parts of London. When, in 2016, we opened our brand home; The Distillery on Portobello Road, we decided to revive the name King Theodore of Corsica and create this Portobello Road Savoury Gin, inspired by the flavours and aromas of the Mediterranean.
Distilled with classic gin botanicals like Juniper, Coriander and Angelica, we also introduced Calabrian Bergamot Peel, Green Gordal Olives from Seville, Rosemary The Dew of the Sea, and the tiniest pinch of Mediterranean Sea Salt.

Preparation and Usage: Try a Savoury Gin Highball with 35mls Portobello Savoury Gin and 200mls Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water, garnished with rosemary and lemon. Or mix up a Dirty Tuxedo with 40mls gin, 20mls Fino Sherry, and 15mls olive brine, garnished with an olive.
