Preparation and Usage: Directions for use: Adults and Children aged over 10 years: 1 teaspoon (4g) per day for 3 days, increasing to 2-3 teaspoons (8-12g) if required. Maintenance dose: 1 teaspoon (4g) per day. Children aged 2-10 years: Half a teaspoon (2g) per day for 3 days, increasing up to a teaspoon (4g) 1 to 2 times daily if required. Powder may be added to drinks, cereals, yoghurts, smoothies, water or taken directly from the spoon. This product is suitable for long term use. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
