Pure Brut, as the name suggests, is an authentic expression of the pure, natural flavours of the three champagne grape varieties - pinot noir, chardonnay, pinot meunier - blended in equal proportion and without the addition of any sweetening dosage. Pure Brut is subtle, light and elegant, with a refreshing trace of minerality.

Storage: Sparkling wines and Champagne should always be stored in a cool and dry place away from light and heat sources. The ideal temperature for storage is 13-15 degrees C. Warning: Sparkling wines contain high natural pressure. Do not allow bottles to get warm. Chill bottle before opening and avoid shaking. Point bottle away from others and yourself when removing wire, hood and cork. Hold the cork firmly and twist out slowly by hand. Never in any circumstances use a corkscrew to open.

Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims contributes the body, depth of character and life-extending tannins. Chardonnay from the Cote de Blancs provides the lightness, elegance and finesse. Pinot Meunier mainly sourced from the Vallee de la Marne supplies youthful freshness, vigour, and plump fruit character.
Tasting notes: Light and elegant, with a refreshing trace of minerality. Mid yellow in colour, it has a high toned and aromatically spiced nose, with some elements of crushed apple, revealing good fruit intensity. Good length and very pure acidity.
Alcohol by volume: 12. Units: 9. Vinification details: 1st Fermentation 1 week at 18c after two Debourbage, 2nd Fermentation c. 3 weeks at 9c. Yields 14,000kg per Hectare (c80hl/ha). Minimum 3 years old. Every bottle is stored in cellars where the average temperature is between 1.5-2.0 degrees cooler than most at 9 degrees, prolonging fermentation for a soft approachable style. Every bottle is hand-riddled.
