Organic Gluten Free Porridge Oats. PureOaty Gluten Free Organic Porridge is packed with wholegrain gluten free British oats, milled at Glebe Farm, Cambridgeshire. We work with farmers close to our own farm to ensure that these oats are grown to the highest organic standards (Soil Association & Red Tractor approved). We then clean and prepare the oats carefully ensuring that they comply with Coeliac society guidelines. This not only means that they are gluten free but they are also the purest and tastiest oats. Preparation and Usage Cook or microwave for a hearty bowl to release the energy slowly to keep the munchies at bay till lunchtime Cooking Guidelines Hob - From Ambient. 1 Place 40g of Porridge Oats into a saucepan. 2 Add 250ml of preferred milk (or water) into the saucepan. 3 Place the saucepan onto the hob and cook on a medium heat for 4 minutes, stirring continuously until all the oats have soften and the liquid is fully absorbed. 4 Leave to stand for 2 minutes. Microwave - From Ambient. 700W, 3 1/2 minutes 800W, 3 minutes 1 Place 40g of Porridge Oats inside a microwaveable bowl and stir in 250m of preferred milk (or water), before placing into the microwave for the specified time. 2 After cooking, check the porridge is piping hot and allow to stand for 2 minutes.
