Made from raw ingredients which have not been heated above 42°C. Fermented in-jar with the Lactobacillus Paracasei starter culture to supply a whole lot more crunch.

Preparation and Usage: How do you open the jar? As our krauts are not pasteurised, they continuously ferment. Because of this, we need to allow our krauts to 'breathe', we use a special lid that allows the gasses that are produced throughout the fermentation cycle to escape freely without allowing any air to enter the jar. To open: Gently lever up edge of lid using the flat end of a spoon.
