Storage: Store in a cool, dry place.
Preparation and Usage: Place a knob of butter in a pan on low heat, add a shot glass of white wine or vermouth for a bit of umph. Stir in the contents of the pack with 3 or 4 slow swirls, now add 700ml of water, simmer for 15-17 minutes and stir until the liquid is absorbed. For a final flourish grate in some parmesan and garnish with parsley.
