How to use: Close your eye and pull your eyelid so it's taught. Apply the pencil to the lash line starting from your inner eye and draw along your lash line to the outer corner of your eye. For a high drama look, go over the line again increasing its thickness. Top tip: to soften the liner effect use a smudging brush or angled eyeliner brush to smudge the liner.
