Ridgeview Blanc de Blancs 2016 - English Sparkling Wine. A stunning, rich gold colour with silvery highlights, this wine shows classic citrus zest aromas alongside vintage-specific tropical notes of lychee and pineapple. The palate is balanced by a complex hazelnut and toasted brioche character with a gentle hint of spice.
A ripe, rounded body complements the bright acidity and elegant mousse. There is a saline minerality that lingers long on the finish.

Vinification details: The best parcels of our single-estate Chardonnay were hand selected and then meticulously handpicked followed by gentle whole bunch pressing. Made in the classic method, initial fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures before careful blending of the base wines the following spring. Secondary fermentation occurred in the bottle, and was aged for a minimum of 36 months on lees in our purpose built underground cellars.
