Cooking Guidelines
Shallow Fry - From Frozen:
Cook Straight from frozen. Simply heat a non stick pan until its of medium heat. Remove Riya's Paratha from all packaging and place it onto the pan to cook 1-2 mins on each side, pressing gently with a flat spatula to ensure even cooking and encouraging the paratha to puff up. Repeat on each side until the paratha is cooked evenly on both sides and serve.

Keep Frozen - 18°C
Once thawed do not refreeze
Once removed from freezer cook withing 5-10 mins
Do not let the Paratha thaw
