











The Higgidy Roasted Sweet Potato Pie brings authentic sweet potato and spinach filling inside an all-butter shortcrust pastry shell. Suitable for oven baking, it makes a complete vegetarian main course suitable for lunch or dinner.

Cooking Instructions: Oven Cook. If using a conventional oven pre-heat to 200°C/180°C Fan/Gas Mark 6. Place your pie on a baking tray, bake for approx. 20 mins.
Cooking Instructions: Air Fry. If using an air fryer bake at 160°C for approx. 15-20 mins.
Refrigerate your pie below 5°C, and eat it before the use by date on the front of this box. Or freeze it before the use by date and eat within one month. Once defrosted eat within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before cooking - and do not refreeze.
