The Oatley Family started the famous Rosemount brand, but when this was sold, Sandy Oatley began producing wine under the family name. Based in Western Australia but with vineyards in both New South Wales and South Australia, this Cabernet Sauvignon comes from the best and coolest sites in the renowned Margaret River region of Western Australia. This wine is a good example of Bordeaux style wines grown anywhere outside France, with Margaret River being home to some of the country's most elegant wines.

This Robert Oatley Signature Cabernet Sauvignon offers depth of fruity flavours with notes of rich blackberry, cherry and spice. The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are harvested, fermented and matured for between 10 to 12 months in French oak barrels. The fine structure and ripe tannins lend to a powerful wine with a smooth finish. Best served with beef, game or poultry dishes.
