Rosebud Preserves is based in three 19th century barns near Masham in North Yorkshire. Since 1989 our products have been created with the emphasis on careful sourcing, generous quantities, simple recipes, natural sets dependent on the properties of fruit alone, unrefined sugar and skilful cooking. Preserve making has a long and distinguished past and we are proud to be apart of that tradition.
