Based in Burgundy's Côte de Nuits subregion, Domaine Rossignol-Trapet was founded in 1961 as a result of the marriage between Jacques Rossignol and Mado Trapet.
The Rossignol sons took over the estate in 1990 and have since introduced biodynamic agriculture that favours using natural herbicides and organic fertilisers in the vineyards.
The Gevrey-Chambertin Premier Cru 2021 vintage is powerful and deep, with notes of boysenberry, blue fruits, strawberries, nutmeg, almond and vanilla to result in a palate with beautiful finesse - one defined by blackberry, raspberry and hints of chocolate.
