Preparation: Oven cook from chilled. Temperature: 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas mark 5. Time: 15-20 mins. Place meal on a baking tray in the centre of the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute for tray to regain its rigidity. Check food is piping hot throughout before serving. Although every care has been taken to remove bones, some small pieces may remain.
