Preparation and Usage: Oven cook - From Chilled. This product contains raw fish and must be cooked according to the instructions. Remove all packaging. 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas 5 18-23 mins. Preheat oven. Loosely wrap fillet in lightly oiled foil to form a parcel. Place on a baking tray on middle shelf of oven. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Take care when opening parcel as steam may escape. Check food is piping hot throughout before serving.
