Preparation and Safety
Cooking instructions: Poach. To poach from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Remove all packaging and place the fish mix in a saucepan. Add enough semi skimmed milk to cover. During cooking: Bring to the boil and simmer gently for 5 mins. After cooking: Always check the product is piping hot before serving.
