Although every care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain.
Preparation and Safety
Cooking instructions: Oven
Oven cook from chilled but can also be pan fried. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Lightly oil a baking tray and place fish skin side down. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Oven cook from chilled. 200°C. Fan 180°C. Gas 6. 20 mins.
Cooking instructions: other
To pan fry from chilled but can also be also be oven cooked. Before cooking: Heat 15ml oil in a frying pan. Once oil is hot add the fish to the pan skin side down and reduce heat to medium. During cooking: Turn occasionally. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. To pan fry from chilled: Moderate/High heat 10 mins.
