To cook on the hob from frozen. Before cooking: Boil water. Add one portion (80g) of spinach to the boiling water. During cooking: Return to boil and simmer. Stir occasionally. After cooking: Drain. Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. To cook on the hob. Moderate heat. 4 mins.
Cooking instructions: MicrowaveFromFrozen
For best results microwave from frozen. Before cooking: Transfer one portion (80g) of spinach into a microwaveable dish and cover. During cooking: Stir halfway through. Re-cover and continue cooking. After cooking: Stir thoroughly. Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
