Sainte Lucie Bourbon Vanilla Pods are 100% authentic pods sourced from Madagascar with a rich vanilla flavour, making them ideal for baking and flavouring tea or coffee. Slice the pod in two and leave to steep in your hot milk mixture, then scrape out the seeds and mix them into the milk. One bean is sufficient for up to 2L preparation.
Storage Conditions: Store this product at room temperature in a dry and dark place. Close correctly after opening. The frost or white crystals present on the vanilla naturally come from the pod and do not affect the organoleptic qualities; crystals disappear when the pod is in a hot environment.
