Giesen Uncharted is a tribute to Marlborough's stunning, untamed landscapes. Inspired by the region where the Giesen brothers first discovered an affinity for exceptional wine, this range captures the essence of Marlborough's unique character.
Carefully selected parcels are sourced from the rich, heavy soils of vineyards in Marlborough's renowned Awatere Valley, a premium sub-region known for producing exceptional wines. To create a Sauvignon Blanc with intense flavour and texture, Giesen's winemakers gently press the grapes and ferment them with selected yeasts at cool temperatures to capture the aromatics and flavour. The wine is then aged on lees for three to four months to develop a beautiful mouthfeel.
Contains Sulphur Dioxide/Sulphites.
