Preparation and Usage:
Just Add: 1 tbs oil 1 onion, diced 450g chicken thighs or skinless, boneless chicken breast, diced 400g tin full fat coconut milk
3 Easy Cooking Steps: 1. Heat oil and fry onion and chicken for 5 mins,until browned. 2. Add the seasoning and coconut milk and bring to the boil. 3. Simmer for 10 mins, or until chicken is cooked through and sauce has thickened. Serve with rice and sautéed kale.
