Preparation and Usage: Just add: 1 tbs olive oil, 450g chicken thighs, diced, 75g spring onions, sliced, 275g baby potatoes, cut into thin slices, 300ml boiling water. 3 Easy Cooking Steps: 1. Pre-heat oven to 200°C, 400°F, Gas mark 6. 2. Heat oil and fry chicken and spring onions, until browned. Transfer to a casserole dish with the potatoes. 3. Mix seasoning with boiling water and add to casserole, stir through and cook for 30 mins, or until the chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender. Serve with green beans and an extra squeeze of fresh lemon.
