Just Add: 4 tbs peanut butter, 5 tbs water, 1 tbs oil, 500g boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts, sliced lengthways.
3 Easy Cooking Steps: 1. Mix 2 tsp of the seasoning with the peanut butter and water, set aside to serve with the chicken. 2. Mix the remaining seasoning with the oil in a large bowl. Add the chicken and toss to coat. 3. Cook in an air fryer at 200°C or a pre-heated oven at 220°C, 425°F, Gas Mark 7 for 10 - 12 minutes.
Rosa's Thai founder, Saiphin, suggests adding crushed roasted peanuts to the finished dish for added texture. Also delicious with pork, cut into strips, which is popular in Thailand. Small pieces of toasted white bread are a very traditional Thai accompaniment.
