Preparation and Usage: On The Hob: Mix 40g of oats with 275ml of milk or cold water in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Simmer for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Microwave: Mix 40g of oats with 275ml of milk or cold water and stir. Microwave uncovered on High for 3.5 minutes.
Storage: Store in a Cool, Dry Place. Once opened, porage is best eaten within two months.
