The Toughened Non-Stick range boasts innovative technology from its three-layer reinforced non-stick surface to the induction-compatible base. The cookware is made from high-quality, hard-anodised forged aluminium for excellent heat retention and even heat distribution.
It's toughened inside and out with coatings that are durable, easy to clean and can withstand the use of metal utensils, with care. The metal abrasion resistance of the non-stick surface has been independently laboratory tested. When cooking with this coating, you need little or no oil, ensuring healthier results.
The range features hollow, cast stainless steel handles, riveted for strength and designed to stay cooler when the cookware is on the hob. The casserole has a heat-resistant glass lid to retain moisture and flavour and you can keep an eye on your cooking without lifting the lid and disturbing the cooking process or temperature.

Metal handles heat up when cooking so be careful when lifting pans and touching handles. Please use an oven glove, mitt or pot holder when handling hot pans.
Toughened Non-Stick Care: Read the appropriate instructions that will come with your item. Remove all packaging and labels. Wash the pan in hot, soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly. Condition the interior non-stick cooking surface (not external). Rub a film of vegetable, rapeseed or sunflower oil with kitchen paper towel. Rinse with hot water and dry thoroughly. These oils are also best for cooking with. Medium or low heat will provide the best results for cooking, including frying and searing. Silicone tools or wooden/heat-resistant plastic tools are recommended. For best results, use an appropriately sized ring for even cooking and to reduce risk of damage to product. Never drag your product across a glass surface. Always lift to move to prevent damage. Oven and grill safe up to 260°C, 220°C with a glass lid. Allow a minimum distance of 6.5cm when grilling. Always use oven gloves when handling hot products. Allow product to cool before cleaning. Clean with non-abrasive washing tools. Freezer compatible and dishwasher safe, hand wash recommended.
