Cooking Guidelines: Oven - Pre-heat to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4, sprinkle with water, place on baking tray centre of oven, cook 3-4 minutes. Grill - Sprinkle with water, under pre-heated medium grill for 1 minute each side.
