They are naturally high in protein and fibre, perfect in salads, stir fries, rice or noodle dishes to add extra nutrition and a bright green colour.
Cooking instructions:
Hob: Blanch for 2-3 minutes in boiling water and drain.
Microwave: Place in a microwaveable bowl or container, cover and heat in microwave (800W) for 3-4 minutes or adjust the time as necessary for different power settings.
Storage: Keep frozen. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days. Do not refreeze.
