Preparation and Usage: If covering a sponge spread a thin layer of buttercream onto the cake. To cover a layer of marzipan brush the marzipan with boiled and cooled water. Remove all packaging and unroll the icing disc. Peel off the plastic backing and lift the icing disc carefully over the cake, using the inner plastic tube for support. Gently smooth over the top and sides of the cake, trimming any excess with a sharp knife. Covers a 20cm round cake.
