This is a raw product and must be fully cooked prior to consumption. Prior to cooking remove haggis from outer bag.
Oven cook: Preheat oven to approximately 190°C / Gas Mark 5. Wrap in tin foil. Place in oven proof dish with boiling water to half way up. Cook for 75 minutes. Remove foil and slice open casing.
Boil: Wrap in foil. Place in large pan of boiling water just covered. Simmer gently for 45 minutes. Top up water if required.
Microwave: Remove all packaging including casing. Slice chunks. Cook 800W for 3 minutes then break up and cook 2 more minutes.
Keep refrigerated. Once opened use within 2 days. If freezing, freeze on day of purchase and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before use.
Remove casing and clips and ensure haggis is piping hot before serving.
Recycle with bags at large supermarket. Do not recycle at home: Pouch.
