Using our flavour pots: 1. Cook the noodles. 2. Fry the chicken in the Bang Bang Paste. 3. Make a sauce with the Garlic & Coconut Paste + Chilli Garnish.
Detailed steps: 1. Cook the noodles - Boil the noodles as per pack instructions, saving a couple of tablespoons of cooking water. 2. Meanwhile, fry the chicken - Heat a little oil in a frying pan and cook the chicken for 2-3 mins over a medium-high heat. Stir in the Bang Bang Paste, then add the peppers and fry for 2 more mins. 3. Add the coconut milk - Mix in the coconut milk and bring it to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer. Add the 2 Garlic & Coconut Paste and peanut butter and mix well. 4. Finishing touches - Stir the Chilli Garnish into the chicken pan, then add the cooked noodles with a splash of the noodle cooking water. Serve with spring onions if desired.
