Preparation and Usage: Just add fresh ingredients! Rediscover the simple pleasure of home cooking. Just add, serves 2 - 2 chicken thigh fillets, thinly sliced - 1 carrot, thinly sliced - 1 green pepper, thinly sliced - 2-3 nests medium egg noodles. To serve 4, add more fresh ingredients. Optional extras: 2 spring onions, thinly sliced. Meat-free swaps: Swap chicken for tofu or paneer. Using our flavour pots: 1 Marinate the chicken in the Indochinese Seasoning 2 Stir-fry the veg with the Chow Mein Sauce 3 Mix in the noodles with the Garlic & Chilli Paste. Indochinese Chicken Chow Mein: 1. Get prepped - Toss the chicken in the Indochinese Seasoning in a bowl, and put aside. - Put a pan of water on to boil and cook the noodles as per pack instructions, then drain. 2. Start the stir-fry - Heat a little oil in a pan and then fry the chicken over a medium-high heat for 3-4 mins, or until golden brown, then remove from the pan. - Add a little more oil to the pan, then fry the carrot and pepper strips for 3 mins. - Next, turn the heat down and then mix in the Chow Mein Sauce. 3. Add the noodles - Add the Garlic & Chilli Paste with a splash of water and mix well. - Tip in the cooked noodles and stir fry until everything is coated in the sauce. - Mix the chicken through the noodles. Serve! Portion out the noodles then top with spring onions (if having).
