

This single malt Scotch whisky is produced in the Scottish Highlands and undergoes a distinctive aging process. It is first matured for ten years in ex-Bourbon casks, then transferred to Spanish Sherry casks for a further two years to enhance its flavour profile.
The resulting whisky presents smooth notes of honeycomb and caramel toffee, with a sweet palate that includes sherry-flavoured sultanas, orange segments, walnuts, and butterscotch, finishing with complex warm spices.
