London Dry Gin Spritz Recipe: Ingredients: 50ml Sipsmith London Dry Gin, 25ml lemon juice, 25ml sugar syrup, 100ml prosecco, Lime twist and mint sprig (to garnish). Method: Add the first three ingredients into an ice-filled wine glass. Top with prosecco, Gently lift with a long spoon or drinks stirrer to combine and garnish with a lime twist and mint sprig.
