Cooking Instructions - General: This product contains raw meat and must be cooked according to the cooking instructions. Handle raw meat safely. To open bag make two cuts: first along the shorter end of the bag and second along the longer end. Remove packaging including pad. Allow product to stand at room temperature for 30 mins before cooking.
Oven cook - From Chilled: Preheat oven, oil the surface of the meat. Electric 160°C,Fan 140°C, Gas 3, 4 hours. Transfer the joint to a deep roasting tray, add 750ml of beef stock. Cover with foil and place in the centre of the oven for 4 hours. Remove from oven and rest for 15 mins before carving.
Packaging type: Bag. Ingredients: Beef (99%), Bay Leaf, Salt, Cracked Black Pepper.
Storage: Keep Refrigerated. Suitable for Home Freezing. For use by, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened use immediately. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use immediately. Defrost thoroughly before use.
