Preparation and Usage: Take at the first sign of changes in your vaginal microbiome. If on antibiotic or antifungal treatment, take daily alongside them for the duration and continue for at least 3 months after. Suitable for girls and women above 12 years. Directions: Swallow each capsule whole with water, preferably 2 hours apart from antibiotics or antifungals. Dosage: During treatment take 2 capsules daily; for maintenance, 1 capsule daily.
